Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Eichar!

We had so much fun at Mill Race Village this past Saturday. We were able to dodge the dark storm clouds that loomed above and captured these touching shots. Since we photographed before the wedding, the bride and groom still wanted their first look at one another to be special. I think we got it, look at those smiles!

This image looks stunning with it's infrared flare, how romantic.

The lovely bride was absolutely radiant and was really enjoying posing for the camera.
Not to mention her groom couldn't keep his eyes off of her.

Thank you! to the bridal party for being patient with the sweltering heat. They didn't even break a sweat, well on camera at least.

From beginning to end the night was enchanting. I wish you both all the best!

It Takes Two Baby! {Wedding Photography, Rivercrest Banquet Center}

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Pennington!

I had the pleasure of attending and photographing my aunt's wedding this last Friday. The wedding and reception were both held at Rivercrest Banquet Center in Rochester Hills. The entire affair was a group family effort with flowers provided by my aunt Kathy, who owns Floral Expressions By Kathy,

The grounds of the hall were perfect for photos. There were beautiful flowers in full bloom which was a perfect setting for the bridal portraits. Plus right across the street was a quaint little park with wooden bridges and gazebo. Needless to say I had no trouble finding a picturesque atmosphere.

This group shot was taken per my aunt's request and I think it was a great idea. After the ceremony we were able to gather all who attended to snap this keepsake.

Stop Drop and Roll {Farmington Hills Fire and Rescue}

Congratulations to the Farmington Hills Fire and Rescue! Last week I was asked to photograph an event where our very own firemen were awarded with a money grant to purchase new equipment.
The image above displays the new lights which were purchased for the three Farmington Hills stations. These powerful lights are used to illuminate a scene to give the firemen a better work environment.
Everyone had a great time checking out the two huge fire engines and all of thier fun equipment.

Thank you to Fireman's Fund Insurance Company your donation!

Hollie's Tip of the Week #4 { Farmington HIlls, MI Wedding Photographer}

Afraid to partake in the chocolate fountain, worrying about staining that beautiful gown you searched so hard for? Don't let your anxious thoughts run away with you. If you are prone to drips and spills be sure to have some Shout laundry wipes on hand. Remember to blot the stain. No Rubbing! Even if the stain does not completely come clean, just remember to mention the stain to your dry cleaner afterwards. In the hands of a professional you can rest easy.
