Hollie's Tip of the Week #3 } Wedding Photography Metro Detroit

This tip goes out to all the bridesmaids of the world.  When your going through the dress rehearsal and learning how to walk down the aisle, remember this.  What felt so tediously slow the night before is suddenly in warp speed when doors open and hundreds of guest are starring at you.  Don't panic!  Remember to breathe, smile, and keep your hands waist level.  Yes, that's right, as you start rushing down the aisle, suddenly your bouquet starts inching its way up until at the end of the aisle your eating a bouquet sandwich.  OK, maybe not that severe, but you get the picture.

2 Tickets to Paradise

Thinking of a completely unique destination wedding?  Remember that although some venues do supply a staff photographer, are they right for you?  Have you viewed any of their photographs from previous weddings?  Are you able to speak with your photographer prior to arrival?  Do they have the creative vision you've dreamed of for your wedding day?  If you are unsure about any of these questions please call for a consultation.  I would love to meet with you and go over your wedding day needs.  Whether it's the Bahama's, Europe, or out of state, no venue is too far.

Little Things Add Up

Every bride is trying to save money these days, and who can blame you. If you have found that you need a little wiggle room in your budget, consider this. Evite invitations! Perhaps not your conventional way to announce your wedding but this trend is quickly catching brides attention. Remember when you receive an invitation what do you do? You mark the date on the calender, write down the address and throw the invitation away. Traditional invitations can cost upwards of $2.00/ invitation plus envelops and postage (Most are upwards of $4). They add up. With Evite you can custom design your own invitation even adding a picture if desired. You can add your gift registries, track guest list, and best of all it's FREE! Now, if going paperless for your wedding invitation is not for you, maybe use them for showers or bachelorette parties. Anyway to shrink a budget is worth looking into, then maybe you can splurge on that dress you've been eyeing! For more info check out www.evite.com
